Fit for the cover of a design magazine, this 2,000 square foot, two-story pool house showcases our work with an exquisite array of finish materials including interior/exterior stamped concrete flooring, distressed wood trim, stunning knotty pine paneled interior cupola, detailed interior stone/brick work and extensive custom cabinetry and built-ins. Working closely with a talented architectural team, we were able to achieve our client’s dreams for  a complete interior and exterior renovation of this 7,000+ square foot estate on one of the most prestigious streets in Saddle River.   Exterior work included a new faux slate roof, high performance windows and doors, hard coat stucco exterior, extensive natural stone patios and architectural pre-cast. A key objective in constructing this 5,500 square foot residence was to create a new home that would blend seamlessly into a community of vintage residences.  Active participation in the design phase helped to achieve this goal.  Extensive use of natural materials , including copper standing seem roofing with matching copper gutters and leaders, cedar shake and natural river stone façade, and authentic divided light wood windows.

With our client bringing a deep engineering background to the project, our assignment was to transform the interior of a dated colonial into a flowing, warm and functional family home.  The spa-inspired en suite anchored an update to the master bedroom while the kitchen, designed around custom cabinetry, was the base for major first floor enhancements.   Our craftsmanship was evident to even the causal eye with extensive trim and molding throughout, including a stunning entry foyer.   Architect; Blueline Architecture

In creating this 10,200 square foot executive residence located on 10 wooded acres, work focused on the use of exterior materials that would yield an understated elegance, including natural stone, clapboard siding and copper design elements.  Extensive use of custom milled moldings and exposed truss and beam ceilings along with a professional office/library suite with coffered ceilings and custom cherry cabinetry helped to create the unique character of this home.  The fully finished basement did not escape attention to detail, including a media/theatre room, fitness room, wine cellar, and large entertainment bar area.  Architect: Zampolin & Associates

With an organized and efficient client, building this handsome, suburban residence moved along quickly.   We utilized our strong technical skills to execute a somewhat complex construction plan to build this house into a sloping hillside.  Beautiful interior finishes included specialized processes to achieve white washed hardwood floors and an intricate marble shower enclosure.   Architect:  William C. With a 1,500 square foot addition encompassing a second story and extensive renovations, this 40-year old classic colonial was transformed into a stunning, artistic family residence.  Work included an exterior makeover of stone and siding, creating an open layout with soaring ceilings and creative architectural elements such as faux wooden beams and interior sliding barn doors.  Architect: BlueLine Architecture

Our work here provided a large family with additional living space and allowed them to imprint their own style on a recently purchased home.  A three story addition provided lower level sleeping/bath accommodations, a large open kitchen and a new master suite.   A large scale retrofit of radiant heat helped to support the clean look desired.  Refreshing the exterior finishes consistent with the existing tudor style was an important element too.   Architect:  Blueline Architecture
