Adding Value at Every Step
For many clients, our work starts early. With 25 plus years of luxury building expertise, our insight can help optimize construction plans from a functional, aesthetic and cost perspective.
As those plans become nearly finalized, our work turns to developing a preliminary project budget. During this stage, we employ a value-engineering approach that looks for material or design alternatives for reducing the financial investment in their project.
Michael and Jim are responsible for the day-to-day operation of every project. With a strong on-site presence, we gather feedback from our clients, monitor the work of tradesmen, resolve construction detail issues that inevitably come up, inspect material deliveries, and help ensure site safety and cleanliness. When a more intense level of project management is appropriate long term, we supplement our individual efforts with an on-site project manager.
“You went the extra mile” is a comment we routinely hear from clients. Sometimes that means adjusting a work schedule to accommodate an important family activity. Or it can mean supporting a client in their research and selection efforts for products, fixtures and finishes. Scouring our sources to produce that one-of-a-kind design element is yet another example of ongoing value we deliver.
